Winalee is back for Nia Palooza 2011!!!

May 27, 28 & 29 @ Berkshire Club, London ON

Join us for a weekend packed full of movement in celebration of your body. Nia Palooza is guaranteed to rejuvenate and energize you. We invite you to explore your body and enhance balance in your life’s dance through the elements of the Nia Technique. Special guest Nia Black Belt & Trainer, Winalee Zeeb, will help you to lighten up, relax and enjoy Nia classes and playshops all weekend long.

Newsflash! The two playshops, one on Saturday early afternoon and one on Sunday morning are now FULL! If you did not buy your weekend pass you can still drop into the Blast Classes on Friday Night @ 7:00 pm and another Blast Class on Saturday at 3:00 pm. These Blast Classes are $25 per class & you can pay at the door!

What to bring

* Bring your curiosity, open heart and a towel (you get juicy) and water. Wear comfortable clothing to allow freedom of movement.

* Please print and bring your Nia Palooza Pass.

* Light snacks will be available during this event for a karma offering.

Saturday Lunch at Berkshire
We invite you to join us for lunch (bring your own) at noon on Saturday or there will be a yummy buffet lunch for $10 served by Barb's daughter, Beth. Please email Barb if you would like to order lunch - barbnia@rogers.com Please let me know by Wednesday, May 25 so preparations can be made.

The Nia teachers playshop will be just finishing and will be eating in the beautiful gardens at the Berkshire Club. The pool will be open if you would like to take a dip. Please feel free to come early (11:30am) and chat it up with Winalee and the rest of the beautiful Nia dancers.

Saturday Evening
Potluck and Party at Barb's with Live entertainment by singer songwriter, Maria McDonald. Please drop by after 6:00pm for a Garden Potluck Party! 548 Adevon Avenue 519-474-3932 (maps will be available at the registration table)

Flash Mob at Victoria Park
This will be London's first Nia Flash Mob. Yahoo!
Sunday at 12:30pm to 1:00pm
We are just going to show up in London's downtown Victoria park and dance Nia! (map available at registration desk)

Proceeds will go directly to funding the Research Team's efforts at London Health Sciences Centre and London Regional Cancer Centre who are devoted to finding early detection or a cure for Ovarian Cancer.
